9. PCB Holders And Nozzle Change Stations

Overview

Install two 3D printed PCB holders on top of the body frame. Mount the left and right 3D printed nozzle change stations on the front sides of the body frame.

Assembly

1. PCB Holders

Install two 3D printed PCB holders on top of the body frame.

Affix Holder (Fixed along the edge of the Bottom camera assembly) :

Use BHSHCS M3X6 and Flat Washer M3 as PCB edge positioning:

Movable Holder

It is easy to slide the Movable Holder on top of the aluminum profile to clamp the PCB and secure it with hand screw.

Note

When installing the Sliding T-Nuts, it may be necessary to temporarily remove the front fixing screws of Y-direction holder profiles.

2. Nozzle Change Stations

Install the left and right 3D printed nozzle change stations.
