3. Assembly Of Y Sliders And X Rails

Overview

The Y slider and X rails consists of left and right Y sliders, X rail support profile and X linear rail, X slider plate, etc.

Assembly

1. Left And Right Y Slider Assembly

Use SHCS M3X5 screws to fix directly on the linear rail block.

2. X Linear Rail And End Stops

Install X linear rail on the X rail support profile. Use 3d printed linear rail positioning tools to assist with installation :

3. Mounting X Gantry On The Y Sliders

Note

To make sure the X gantry is straight, before tightening the screws, pull it to the front of the machine until both left and right Y sliders touch the end stops.
